blender make a thick paste of milk, almonds and
honey. In
a thick bottom pan, melt butter, add mustard
seeds, and let them crackle. Add garlic and
garlic after a minute. Then add curry leaves.
Now add jumbo lump crab. Stir slowly and cook
for about one minute. Then add the milk, almond
and honey paste.
Sprinkle
kosher salt to taste. You may also add freshly
ground pepper.
