Seared Mediterranean Mussels
(with tomato concosse, andouille sausage,
and white wine sauce)

  Ingredients Yield: For Two Persons
  25 ea fresh Mediterranean Mussels
2 tbs tomato concosse
1 sliced shallot
3 tbs butter (unsalted)
1 pinch julienne basil leaf (approx 2)
1 tsp minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
   
Saute all ingredients in a hot sauté pan
Deglaze with white wine
Add salt and pepper to taste
Add the butter to finish
Serve with garlic bread (optional)
